Overview
Kontopyrgos is a home appliance retailer in Cyprus selling brands such as Neff, Bosch and Samsung. Their products and orders used to live entirely in the WooCommerce admin, which did not fit a large catalogue with detailed specs, extra fees and stock that changes every day.
We built two apps that work together: a Greek and English online shop, and a CRM where the team manages products, categories, filters, SEO, redirects and orders. Product specs are managed as filters, so customers can narrow down by brand, energy class and size, and every product shows its energy and guarantee badges.
Product descriptions are translated into English with Claude AI and reviewed in the CRM, photos are converted to WebP, and the dashboard shows Google Search Console and visitor data. In 2026 WordPress was disconnected completely, and the CRM is now the only catalogue behind kontopyrgos.cy.

What did we build for Kontopyrgos?
Two apps that work together: a Greek and English online shop for their home appliances, and a CRM where the team manages products, categories, filters, SEO and orders.
Is the shop still connected to WordPress?
No. The CRM is now the only catalogue. WordPress was disconnected in 2026, so there is one place to edit everything.
How are products translated into English?
The CRM uses Claude AI to translate product descriptions and filter values into English. The team can review and edit every translation before it goes live.
Can customers filter products by their specs?
Yes. Filters such as brand, energy class and size come from the product data in the CRM, so they stay accurate as products change.
How does Kontopyrgos track how the site performs?
The CRM dashboard shows Google Search Console data and the shop's own visitor analytics, so the team sees searches, clicks and popular products in one place.
Where is the site hosted?
On our own server. The shop and the CRM run in containers that share one catalogue, with Cloudflare in front of kontopyrgos.cy.
